Women’s Ministry

Calvary’s Leading Ladies’ mission is to connect to God through prayer, Bible study and worship; connect to others through fellowship; and to connect to our community through acts of service. We have monthly meetings and often plan trips to concerts, conferences, and other events in our area.

Brotherhood

Our Brotherhood men’s ministry meets the second Sunday of every month at 8:00 in our fellowship hall for breakfast, We have a great time of food, fellowship, and prayer with a speaker and time of devotion.. The Brotherhood ministry also supports and completes projects around the church as needs arise.

Worship Arts
 
Whether you like to sing within a group, individually or play an instrument, we have a place for you to serve. One of our events that is looked forward to the most is our Night of Worship. These nights have been a sweet time of worshiping and loving on Jesus Christ. See Bro. Andrew if you would like to be a part of our Worship Arts Ministry.

Youth Group

There are several different opportunities to be involved weekly with our youth group. On Wednesdays, we have a meal at 6:00 before Bible study at 6:30. We also have small group Bible study every Sunday morning at 9:30. Throughout the year we attend different events and concerts in our area, including summer camp and DNow weekends.

College & Career

We have an active group of college students that meet Wednesdays at 6:30 for Bible study and Sunday mornings at 9:30. Our college group travels together to various conferences, concerts, and events throughout the year. The group also serves in various capacities in our church including teaching children’s classes and worship arts. Our college students are vital members of our church!

Outreach

We desire to be a church that serves and shows God’s love to our community. From providing gift bags to law enforcement officers, to ministering in our local nursing homes and hosting community wide events, we desire to be a part of what God is doing in our community. If you have a heart for serving others and sharing God’s love, we have place for you in our outreach ministry. See one of our staff members to get involved.

Wednesday Evening Adult Bible Study

On Wednesday evenings at 6:30, our adults gather together for a time of prayer and Bible study. We pray over prayer needs of our church, community, state, and nation. After prayer there is a short time of devotion and studying God’s word together. We hope you make plans to join us!

Sunday School

We believe that the Christian life is best done in community with other believers. We have groups that meet together every Sunday morning at 9:30. Within these groups you will find believers that meet together to encourage each other, pray together, and study the Bible. Whatever stage of life you may be in, we have a group for you!
